Testimonials

“Due to the way the river and railroad slice the city up, Roanoke is tough for a newcomer to initially find their way around.  When I first moved here four years ago, I was frustrated by the lack of a user-friendly map of the area.  Cam’s Map has all the detail and info necessary for visitors or newcomers.  It’s an incredibly useful tool for getting to know greater Roanoke.”  Matt Ferrary, Bedford Co. Resident, works for Spectrum Design in Roanoke City.

“With kids on sports travel teams, we’re often in unfamiliar locations around the country without a clue of where to find the more interesting “local” restaurants or places to go to fill in dead times with fun activities.  Taking advantage of what an area has to offer is what makes the trip more memorable and enjoyable for us.  I think this map does a great job of displaying what Roanoke and Salem have to offer in a way that’s fun and very informative to people unfamiliar with this area, whether attending some event or moving into the area.  I know lots of event coordinators whom this would benefit by improving their welcome package sent out to visiting teams. It even shows emergency rooms and gives you directions – just in case!   Glad to see this available locally!”  Ginny Hartman, Roanoke, VA
